We do not ship VIP tickets. All VIP tickets are ‘Print at Home’. You will exchange your printed ticket confirmation for a VIP wristband at the Will Call booth on the day of the show. Please note: You will be required to show a valid photo I.D. in order to receive your tickets.
DAY OF SHOW PURCHASES:
For individuals planning to purchase their VIP tickets at the Box Office: Be aware that there are typically only a few, if any, VIP tickets available for purchase day of show. All VIP ticket sales are final. All events, prices, personalities, performances, venues, dates and times are subject to change without notice. Short bouts of rain are common in Tennessee this time of year. Performances will proceed in the rain, unless weather conditions become threatening to performers or the audience. In the event of severe inclement weather, the safety of our patrons is our greatest concern. Any deviation from our performance schedule will be announced from the stage.

Guests must be 21 years or older to enjoy any alcoholic beverages (Photo ID is required.) Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. VIP patrons are allowed to move freely in and out of the VIP Lightning Lounge. Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the lounge.
